Welcome to the 2026 International Conference on Communication engineering, Computer science, Artificial intelligence (ICCCA 2026). ICCCA 2026 will be held on May 23-24, 2026 in Jinan City, China. The aim of ICCCA 2026 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, and academicians, as well as industrial professionals, to present their research results and development activities in education, management, social sciences. It provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.

All full paper submissions to the ICCCA 2026 must be written in English, and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. The full paper submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.

Accepted papers which meet the Conference requirements would be published by IEEE Conference Publishing Services and submitted to EI-Compendex, SCOPUS, IEEE Xplore, IET-Inspec, CPCI, etc. for indexing.

Submission Guidelines for Authors

Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for presentation at the conference and publication in conference proceedings. Papers submitted to ICCCA 2026 must not have been published, submitted, or accepted for publication elsewhere. 
Papers are to be submitted electronically via Email (ICCCAconf@163.com);
All full paper submissions to the ICCCA 2026 must be written in English;
The submissions should not exceed ten pages and should follow the format for conference;
The papers presented in conference will be published in Conference Proceedings;
If the paper is accepted, at least one of the authors will be required to register and attend the conference to present the paper in order to include the paper in the conference proceedings.
