The aim as well as objective of ICMEIT 2026 is to present the latest research and results of scientists related to Mechatronics Engineering and Information Technology and related topics. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas face-to-face, to establish business or research relations as well as to find global partners for future collaborations. We hope that the conference results will lead to significant contributions to the knowledge in these up-to-date scientific fields.

All full paper submissions to the ICMEIT 2026 must be written in English, and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. The full paper submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.

Accepted papers which meet the Conference requirements would be published in Conference Proceedings and submitted to the EI-Compendex, CPCI, CNKI, Harvard Library, Crossref, Google, Scilit, ResearchGate, Mendeley, Semantic Scholar, PKP-LN, DOI, Open Alex, etc. for indexing.

Full paper should be submitted to ICMEIT 2026. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding. Paper should be presented on conference.

2. Join us as Presenter
Presenter can attend the conference and give oral/poster presentation. No paper will be published.

3. Join us as Listener
Listener can attend the conference and take part in all the sessions. Neither paper will be published, nor will presentation be given.

4. Join us as Reviewer
We sincerely welcome experts in the areas of Mechatronics Engineering and Information Technology join the conference as reviewer. Send email to ICMEIT@126.com for further information.

5. Join us as Volunteer

Submission Guidelines for Authors

Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for presentation at the conference and publication in conference proceedings. Papers submitted to ICMEIT 2026 must not have been published, submitted, or accepted for publication elsewhere.

Papers are to be submitted electronically via Email (ICMEIT@126.com);

All full paper submissions to the ICMEIT 2026 must be written in English;

The submissions should not exceed ten pages and should follow the format for conference ;

The papers presented in conference will be published on Atlantis press;

If the paper is accepted, at least one of the authors will be required to register and attend the conference to present the paper in order to include the paper in the conference proceedings.
